Welcome to Just Send It. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Send It, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Just Send It is a video capture service that automatically records athletes at partner locations using Bluetooth-enabled detection. The service includes:

• Automatic video capture at supported locations
• Video review and selection within the App
• Video storage and delivery
• Sharing and download capabilities for purchased content

3. Account and Registration

To use Just Send It, your device will be automatically registered using its Bluetooth identifier. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your device's Bluetooth is enabled at capture locations

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Video sessions are available for purchase at a flat daily rate. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. One purchase unlocks all clips captured for your device during that day at that location.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at nick@justsendit.co.

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

Videos captured of you remain associated with your device. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and share your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute captured videos
• Use videos for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access videos belonging to other users
• Circumvent any security measures in the App

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Bluetooth and Location

The App requires Bluetooth permission to:

• Identify your device for video attribution
• Enable automatic capture at partner locations

We do not track your location outside of the capture process.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all runs or activities will be captured
• Video quality in all conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUST SEND IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Send It, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
